UV Flame Sensor
The UV Flame Sensor developed by Linear Systems India uses a highly sensitive electronic UV tube tuned to detect ultraviolet radiation emitted by naked flames. The sensor is insensitive to visible light and refractory glow, making it ideal for reliable detection in boilers, furnaces, and industrial burners.
It provides stable, interference-free operation and performs effectively with all flame types — gas, coal, or oil-fired systems — ensuring safety and operational efficiency in critical combustion applications.
Model: UV–01 AJ
This model is specially designed for harsh industrial environments and allows easy cleaning and flame viewing. The sensor is enclosed in a metal jacket that offers mechanical protection and multiple mounting options for flexible installation.
UV Flame Amplifiers
Our UV Flame Amplifiers are designed to work in conjunction with UV Sensors to ensure precise signal processing and dependable safety response. These amplifiers detect flame presence, process the input signal, and activate the appropriate safety relay or alarm circuit.
Model: UV–FR–01
A standalone relay-type amplifier with two potential-free relay contact outputs (230V AC, 5A). These outputs can be used for alarm, trip, or annunciation purposes. The front panel includes clear indicators for “SUPPLY ON” and “RELAY ON” status, providing easy operational monitoring.
Model: UV–FR–21
Features an adjustable time delay (2–8 seconds) for installations with high flicker or unstable flame conditions, offering superior adaptability in sensitive environments.
Our UV Flame Amplifiers are compatible not only with Linear Systems’ UV Sensors but also with other major international brands such as Honeywell, Landis & Gyr, and Satronic, provided they meet standard 230V AC ratings.
