Each Flame Sensor is built using advanced infrared-sensitive components encased in durable black epoxy, ensuring excellent sensitivity and long service life even in challenging environments. Working Principle
Each Flame Sensor uses a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) to sense the visible light emitted by the flame. The sensor converts this light into an electrical signal, which is processed by the burner control system to verify the presence of a flame.
These sensors are best suited for oil burners in industrial boilers and heating systems, where they provide reliable detection of true flame light. However, they are not recommended for furnaces, where background glow from refractory bricks or other light sources may cause interference.
